    @hiimderlمنذ 4 سنوات I needed this, I so am unloving to myself lately. I feel like crap, my stomach always hurts, and I'm out of shape for killing myself over school. My id="hidden1" class="buttons"> body is tired and I just look at myself with so much unlove because I am an as fit, as slim, as beautiful, as I can be, and I have equated that to loving myself but I have little knowledge of loving imperfections of myself. The thing that I love most about your practices id="hidden9" class="buttons"> is that you always tell us when to breathe. Some instructors don’t do this and man do things get difficult fast!! However, I do want to post a gentle id="hidden14" class="buttons"> reminder that yoga is rooted in hinduism and that there's still a non-negligible amount of strife between the muslim and hindu communities in India about yoga. I don't think it precludes your message of inclusivity but I think it's good to be aware that it isn't always so.
