Harold Dickens indicted for murder of his wife Debra Dickens; Her sister speaks out

Sister of 2002 cold case murder victim wants closure after the arrest of Harold Dickens. Callaway County sheriff’s investigators said they made an arrest in connection to a murder 21 years ago. A grand jury indicted Harold Dickens, of Auxvasse, with first-degree murder for the murder of his wife, Debra Dickens on April 28th, 2002. Callaway County sheriff’s investigators said they found Debra Dickens stabbed to death 21 years ago. Her sister, Diana Shafer, said she and her family have cried many tears for more than two decades.
