Water runs down the side (condensation or leftovers from washing) and the small pocket of air in the slight hollow under it warms up just enough that the glass hydroplanes a little. Pretty unsettling the first time it happens.

Another classic and my favorite was rigth after he got voted in, the poop was releasing doves out of that window and as soon as they left his hands a bunch of ravens came out of nowhere and killed the doves instantly. The doves didnt even make it a yard or meter out of his hands before being struck down by the ravens. Talk about some dark and foreboding signs or omens. Way scarier then him vanishing. I think it is very probable that the blonde woman in the airport could have moved in sync with the lady pushing the cart . The narrator mentions how the blonde woman is taller, but that doesn't matter because she's also further away from the camera and the cart lady is moving closer to the camera at the same time. also- you can see the blonde lady turn to start walking away from the camera just before the head of the cart lady passes in front, and the cart lady's head is 'tall' enough to obscure the view of the blonde woman walking. That's just how perspective works..
Synchronous timings like this may not be so uncommon- ever drive by a police car pulled off on the side of the road and have it be blocked by a large truck in the lane beside you as you both drive- you going faster than the truck, the timing is just so that you are not seen by the police on the side of the road the whole time. ... 2

The cause was from.. the bottom (with condensation) generated a vacuum and through suction or its opposite force caused it to move, as the air pressure changed.
