My favorite Pinakbet,Ganito ako mgluto para s labog ang mga gulay at ganito din akong mg gayat ng mga gulay
Ingredients;
200 grams pork belly (depends on you)
10 pcs sitaw(string beans)
1 kamatis (tomato)
1/2 kilo kalabasa (pumpkin)
1 ampalaya (bitter gourd)
2 pcs sibuyas(shallots/onion)
4 cloves of garlic (bawang)
2 tbsp shrimp paste(alamang🤪)
1 pc talong(eggplant)
1/4 tsp black pepper ( itim n paminta)
1/2 bowl of water( tubig)
No need salt & msg my timpla ung alamang
estimated cooking time of vegetables 5 to 7 minutes the pork belly not included
