▪️Fresh Chopped Mint پودینہ
▪️Fresh Chopped Parsley پارسلے
▪️Chopped Olives زیتون
▪️Chopped Cucumber کھیرا
▪️Chopped Red Onion پیاز
▪️Chopped Tomatoes ٹماٹر
For Salad Dressing:
▪️Za'atar زاتار
▪️Salt نمک
▪️Olive Oil زیتون کا تیل
▪️Grated Garlic لہسن
▪️Red Wine Vinegar لال سرکہ

Notes:
▪️Za'atar is a spice mixture used in Levantine cuisine and is made up of sumac, roasted sesame seeds, dried thyme/marjoram/oregano, cumin, coriander and salt.
▪️If you don't have za'atar use any herb of your choice from Middle Eastern/Mediterranean cuisine.
▪️Add any vegetable of your choice.
▪️Serve pita bread with salad just before serving.
▪️Pomegranate seeds are optional.
