Chef Kristen Kish takes us through her entire daily wellness and beauty routine. With the hectic day-to-day most chefs can identify with, Kirsten manages to have three consistent things in place to start her day; a pint of water, three coffees, and a shower. She also stresses the importance of her daily meditation and moisturizing her face to protect it from oven heat. From answering emails and pressing her apron to preparing for reservations and eating her kitchen meal standing up (as most chefs do), Kristen shares how she works it at her restaurant. I asked him how long it would take him to start smelling and we ran an id="hidden7" class="buttons"> experiment. We found that unless he hasn't showered for at least 5 days WITHOUT DEODORANT he won't smell.
Meanwhile, I can shower in the morning and smell like I just ran a marathon by the end of the day unless I take a shower in the evening too, no matter how much deodorant I use. ;-; ....وسعت 771

@kobrilakkumaمنذ 3 سنوات I was recently diagnosed with ocd and I didn’t realize until then that i’d been living with it my whole life. while watching this video, I was definitely thinking “hm I don’t want to suggest diagnoses for anyone, but I feel like she has a lot of ocd tendencies,” and then at the end of the video, she says “my ocd self”! assuming she meant she actually has ocd and isn’t using the disorder as an adjective, I’d love a future interview with her that touches more on that subject. I think interviews like that could make diagnoses like ocd less taboo and better represented (compared to cliche movies about people who constantly clean and organize and wash their hands) ....وسعت 75
