@manjubogati78473 years agoSis, dont do too much dieting, once you start eating it will increase double weight. So just have proper meal in time and do workout lots then you can decrease your weight. The way you are decreasing weight it may create health issue in the future. So plz think of it. Dieting alwz create problem. Just eat the way you eat with less quantity. Decrease your foods gradually and just skip junk food. ...
