Climate Change Specialist Tansey Moore describes the 1854 Treaty Authority (http://www.1854treatyauthority.org/) , how she came to work there, and her past experience. She discusses how tribal communities did not create climate change yet they are they ones feeling the consequences most severely. She discusses climate change effects on resources such as wild rice, moose, and paper birch.
