I love video tutorials that gives cues and not just demonstrations, id="hidden3" class="buttons"> variations and benefits. Giving a cue is a whole another level of teaching thank you ....وسعت 23

@nhikhanh9634منذ 6 سنوات You can use the Gym Belt with the chain to carry more weights when you want to add some weights for your straight bar dip exercise, the weights will hover id="hidden5" class="buttons"> between your legs and that’s way will help you feel more comfortable when you do this exercises ....وسعت 1

@sakuragi_hanamichi3263منذ 6 سنوات All these stuff in the gym and no dip belt :))
Straight bar dips have 3 problems the swinging, flaring the elbows and the decreased ROM as you id="hidden6" class="buttons"> said and this makes the movement weird and uncomfortable.
I want to add 2 tricks that will make the movement cleaner:
1- Imagine twisting the bar towards you if you found it difficult to tuck your elbows in. This will ensure the external rotation and make the wrists in line with the forearm which prevents wrist pain.
2- To ensure full ROM, drive the hips up before start repping to be able to touch the bar with your lower chest.
Good tutorial Greg, keep it up man you are making good content and make sure you always improving your filming and directing quality, this will make your content more beautiful.

@anambivalentenemyمنذ 6 سنوات Great advice once more.I always find my elbows flaring out during the movement and although
i knew there was something that had to be changed,i id="hidden8" class="buttons"> didn't know i know!
And i have a more general question.
There are hundreds of bodyweight do i choose some of them for my workouts?
I mean, each one can benefit me in some way.But how can i know which one is better for me?
Archer pushups or Ring elevated feet pushups?Pullup headbangers or upside down deadlift?
Or isn't there such thing as better, and all i have to focus on is just doing whatever exercise i choose to do,
    with good form,full ROM,etc etc?
And if we want our training to be as effective as it can be,should we stick to some specific moves for a period of time?
Or can we rotate some exercises with others, for us not to be too bored with the same ones all the time?
It would be great if i got an answer from you!
    Thanks Greg!

@timzijlstra3301منذ 5 سنوات Found your channel rlly late sorry about that, but I have a question for you. (Very good video btw) I have those low dip bars and in tip 3 you said, your id="hidden10" class="buttons"> legs should be straight and toes pointed forwards. Now I'm kinda tall and I can't do that. Is it still a good idea to do the exercise. I really feel the burn, so I think I do something right. Anyways thanks for this vid ....وسعت

@jason2014منذ 4 سنوات In absolutely no situation should you ever tie a heavy weight around your neck like that. This will undoubtedly lead to degenerative changes in the structure id="hidden14" class="buttons"> of one or more of the discs in between the cervical vertebrae. The cervical discogenic pain may not come right away, but one day you will wake up and realize "Holy shit, my neck is killing me." By then it will be too late. Use the dip belt. ....وسعت
