Houston transferred to CAP from another rescue group that ran out of space and couldn't keep him. He weighs 56 pounds and is fully grown. He is rather active. He sometimes doesn't like being leashed so you may need to work with him on his leash walking skills. He might be house trained but please be patient if he isn't. We are not sure if he likes some of the other shelter dogs so you will need to bring yours to meet him. Because of his timidness about being handled, it is best for him to go into a home with kids over 14. He enjoys being touched when he is comfortable with the person so just go slowly when you visit him. He is a handsome guy who has left his wild puppy days in the past.
