I Cycled 100km Every Day For A Week & This Is What Happened

After Mark's challenge of a half marathon per day over on GTN, he thought it was only fair to challenge Hank to something similar on the bike - 100km a day for a week, 700km of riding in total. Riding your bike 100km every day is a challenge for most of us, especially around a full-time job!
